Rep. Louie Gohmert blasted the Democrats who are conducting the sit-in on the floor of the House of Representatives, arguing that they are “using the instruments that helped gain civil rights to try to take away civil rights.”

Appearing on Fox News’s’ “Fox & Friends” on Thursday, Gohmert commented on the Democrat’s push for increased gun control legislation, arguing that their sit-in has “been going on for hours.
