‘Hamilton’ To Hold Fundraiser For Hillary: Tickets Go As High As $100K

The broadway musical “Hamilton” will hold a special show to raise funds for Hillary Clinton.

On the presumptive Democrat nominee’s website are details about the special performance for Clinton on July 12  titled “Hamilton: An American Musical with special guest Hillary Rodham Clinton,” according to the Hollywood Reporter. (RELATED: Obama’s Former Aide Calls Trump ‘A Political Kardashian)

Tickets start at $2,700 a seat and go as high as $100,000 for a chair, which will get attendees to a wrap party with Clinton and tickets to the Democratic National Convention next month in Philadelphia. (RELATED: ‘Hamilton’ Star Dedicates His Acceptance Speech To Victims Of Orlando Attack)

But those hoping to see the stars of the broadway hit like Lin-Manuel Miranda, Leslie Odom, Jr. or Phillipa Soo, will be disappointed as they are not believed to be coming back for the special event after leaving from their final show on July 9, as they announced last week.
