After FBI Director James Comey said Tuesday that he would not recommend criminal charges against Clinton for using private email servers while she was secretary of state, the 44-year-old actor weighed in Wednesday.

“As far as I know — and the whole world knows and the whole country knows — she should be behind bars. But that’s the way it goes. Politics, man.”

“She has a lot of power and that’s how it goes with the Clintons. If it was somebody else, at all, she’d be behind bars.” (RELATED: FBI Announces ‘No Charges’ For Hillary — Edward Snowden Immediately Does This)

Sabàto said he thought that the FBI “dropped the ball.”

“She did something illegal,” he continued. “She should be accounted for, but she’s not.”
