Scarborough went on to argue, “There are people that have been convicted with no intent for doing far, far less and their only crime in the end was their last name wasn’t Clinton, so they didn’t walk.” (RELATED: Meet The Man James Comey Indicted Over A 21-Word Email)

You look at them trying to hide the interview on Saturday morning on Fourth of July weekend and then Comey yesterday coming out saying she’s guilty but we’re not going to charge her with anything.” (RELATED: 2015: DOJ Prosecutes A Naval Reservist For Mishandling Classified Info WITHOUT MALICIOUS INTENT)
