Instagram users can now peer review each other’s comments to ensure no one says anything mean.

The new comment moderation option can “block comments with words or phrases often reported as offensive from appearing on your posts,” according to the app’s platform.

After turning on the business page option, the feature can be turned on by navigating to the settings page and directly turning the “moderate comments” toggle on. Along with flagging spam, people can highlight swear words and any comment deemed offensive.

Instagram comment boards can become hotbeds for vitriolic statements, and the social media company is aiming to clean up the mess. The tech company has more than 500 million users, and more than 80 percent live outside of the U.S., according to its website.
