I know it’s racist to put hate-facts in a headline like that. Oh well.
Dallas police chief David Brown announced at a press conference Friday morning that one of the suspects in Thursday night’s sniper attacks that left five officers dead and seven others wounded told authorities his motivation for the shooting was that he was “upset about Black Lives Matter” and “wanted to kill white people,” especially white police officers.
“The suspect said, he was upset about Black Lives Matter. He said, he was upset about the recent police shootings. The suspect said he was upset at white people. The suspect said he wanted to kill white people, especially white officers. The suspect stated that we will eventually find the IEDs,” Brown said. “The suspect stated that he was not affiliated with any groups and he stated that he did this alone.”

What does it all mean? I don’t know. Like you, I’m still trying to wrap my head around it. It’s horrible. It’s shocking. This guy was a lunatic.
But I do know a few things. I know that President Obama hasn’t announced that if he had a son, he’d look like Micah Xavier Johnson. I know that I’m not supposed to draw any inferences from Johnson’s stated motives, just because he stated them, because they’re embarrassing to liberals. I know that once again, I’m supposed to feel guilty and blame myself for being white, just like the victims of a racist maniac.
I know that those cops were there to protect people who hated them, and they were murdered for being there.
Just a coincidence, I guess. No lessons to be learned, I suppose. Carry on, America.
