Dallas police chief David Brown warned at a press conference early Friday morning that the two snipers who shot 11 officers at a protest Thursday night — killing four of them — threatened to plant a bomb in downtown Dallas and may have already done so. Police are reportedly searching downtown Dallas for a possible bomb. Dallas police have already recovered at least one suspicious package.
