Rihanna Cancels Concert In Nice After Terrorist Attack That Left Dozens Dead

Rihanna has canceled her scheduled concert in Nice, France after a terrorist attack left dozens of people dead.

A 31-year-old French-Tunisian man named Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel mowed down a crowd of people who were celebrating at the Bastille Day festival Thursday — killing at least 84. (RELATED: Rihanna Was In Nice During Terrorist Attack That Killed At Least 84 People)

Though the 28-year-old singer was supposed to perform in Nice Friday night, she announced is “safe” but was canceling her concert.

“Due to the tragic events in #Nice, my concert scheduled for tomorrow July 15 at Allianz Stadium will not be going ahead as planned,” Rihanna said on Instagram. “Our thoughts are with the victims and their families.” (RELATED: Two Americans Are Among The 84 Killed During Nice Terrorist Attack)
