Fox Sports personality and Outkick The Coverage founder Clay Travis had a special broadcast of his show Sunday night with Jason Whitlock where he targeted the culture that values feelings over facts.

Travis’ show was in response to the death of three police officers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana only a few days after police in Dallas were killed and two black men were shot by police. “We have allowed feelings to govern the facts and our responses to them, and that’s dangerous because as Benjamin Franklin said a long time ago, “passion governs and she never governs wisely.” That’s what I think we’re in the middle of today,” Travis said during a Sunday night broadcast of his Outkick the Coverage show. (RELATED: Clay Travis: ‘Nobody Saves More Lives For Black People Than The Police’ [VIDEO])

It looks like Travis will continue to be one of the most blunt voices in the media when it comes to controversial topics no matter what the response is.
