Ozzy Osbourne is going to “sex addiction” therapy following multiple affairs.

In an interview with People magazine, a representative for the 67-year-old rocker shares that the singer has been undergoing “intense therapy” following news of an affair with Hollywood hair dresser Michelle Pugh and almost losing his marriage of 33 years. (RELATED: The Shocking Reason Ozzy Osbourne Just Ended His Affair)

“Over the last six years, Ozzy Osbourne has been dealing with a sex addiction,” the representative said.

While Pugh has said she believed their relationship was “real,” the rep for the rocker said in a statement that it was otherwise and addressed other sexual relationships Osbourne has had. (SLIDESHOW: Get Ozzy And Sharon Osbourne Back Together)

“He is sorry if Ms. Pugh took their sexual relationship out of context,” the statement said. “He would like to apologize to the other women he has been having sexual relationships with. Out of the bad comes good.”

“Since his relationship with Ms. Pugh was exposed, Ozzy has gone into intense therapy,” the statement added. “Ozzy is mortified at what his behavior has done to his family. He thanks God that his incredible wife Sharon is at his side to support him.”

Earlier this year Ozzy and his wife Sharon announced they would be splitting up following the news of the four year affair with Pugh. However, last week Sharon confirmed on her talk show that they were still together and had planned to work things out.
