Amber Heard has reportedly dismissed her domestic violence restraining order against ex-husband Johnny Depp, according to TMZ.

The former couple filed legal documents Tuesday and Heard dismissed her case against Depp with prejudice, meaning she cannot re-open it, TMZ reports. Amber claimed that Depp physically abused her back in May, but has now withdrawn her request for a restraining order.

Depp and Heard have also settled on their divorce case, in which Johnny has agreed to pay Amber $7 million. Amber and Johnny released an interesting joint statement in which they said “our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love,” and “there was never an intent of physical or emotional harm.”

Both Depp and Heard’s lawyers met to agree upon the settlement after Heard was required to go into detail of her claims against Depp in a seven-hour deposition Saturday.

“Amber wishes the best for Jonny in the future,” the joint statement concludes. And Heard will apparently be “donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity,” according to TMZ.
