The Liberal Media Tries To Bury The ‘Basket Of Deplorables’ Story
Hillary Clinton thinks that half of Donald Trump supporters belong in a “Basket of Deplorables.” She thinks that a significant portion of hardworking Americans are condemnable, worthy of being treated with disgust.
Commentators on the right immediately deemed Clinton’s remark her “47 percent moment.” But the liberal media was quick to denounce that characterization. Apparently it is okay to write off huge swaths of Americans if you are the media’s preferred candidate. Already, the news cycles are more concerned with Donald Trump’s weight and history of charitable giving than Clinton’s sneering remarks.
There is a way to reject the liberal media, as it continues to bury the “Basket of Deplorables” story mere days after it happened. You can stand up as a proud member of the true Americans that Clinton so derides.
How? You can wear your “Team Deplorable” membership on your sleeve. The only way to make sure that people don’t forget about this remark come November is by putting it out for everyone to see:
By getting one of these shirts, you are showing that you are not willing to let the liberal media manipulate you. You are standing up for what you believe in. When election time rolls around, that will make all the difference.
