Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski may not be admitting that they’re a couple yet, but it sure seems that way after hours.
The pair and hosts of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” were spotted late-night together at Prohibition bar in Manhattan Friday night for one of Joe’s performances. Mika was seen chatting with him and schmoozing with the audience onstage.
“She did not sing, she chatted up the crowd,” a patron said of Mika.
Prohibition is lounge that is known for its elaborate cocktail menu and nightly music gigs.
In June, NYP‘s Page Six reported that Joe and Mika could soon go public as a couple as Mika had “quietly” divorced her husband of 23 years. Joe and his wife of 12 years split in 2013.
Some years back, in 2012, the movie inspired by Mark Halperin and John Heilemann‘s book Game Change premiered at the Newseum. Joe and Mika showed up and were inseparable. While watching the film — at least maybe the first 15 minutes — they were spotted drinking out of the same wine glass and sharing bread before the duo sneaked out a side exit door in the dark.
Last month, GOP presidential contender Donald Trump — their old friend who these days seems more like an enemy — outed them on Twitter.
Joe and Mika avoided responding to Trump’s remarks like the plague. They did joke about it on air and let it hang in the air “like turds.”
