The FBI took five people into custody Sunday night connected to Saturday’s bombing in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood.
The FBI and NYPD conducted a traffic stop on the Belt Parkway of a vehicle of interest related to the investigation of the bombing.
The men were reportedly on their way from Staten Island to Brooklyn on the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge.
Another possible pipe bomb was found in Elizabeth, New Jersey Sunday night. Local law enforcement and the FBI are investigating.
The explosion in Chelsea happened only hours after a blast occurred in Seaside Park, New Jersey. An undetonated pressure cooker device was later found at a second location blocks from the incident in Chelsea.
