New York Knicks center Joakim Noah skipped a dinner with cadets at West Point because of his anti-war views.
Knicks stars Carmelo Anthony, Derrick Rose and Kristaps Porzingis all attended the dinner Thursday night to show support for the military, but Noah was a no-show because of his pacifism, according to TMZ Sports. A representative for Noah also released a statement to TMZ Sports saying, “He has the utmost respect for the military members and cadets. He just doesn’t agree with war.”
