French police believe that the armed men who robbed Kim Kardashian early Monday morning may have been tipped off by her security team.
The 35-year-old reality star was in her Parisian apartment when several masked men entered and held her at gunpoint while they made off with at least $11 million in jewelry.
“French police suspect that the five alleged robbers had some contact with her security and were tipped off about her procedures,” a source told Page Six. “They knew there was no security [with her inside her apartment that night]. All they had to do was go in, make contact with someone inside the hotel.” (RELATED: Kim Kardashian Held At Gunpoint And Robbed In Paris)
“They have issues with story of more than one worker at the hotel,” the source continued. “They are also talking to bodyguards who worked with her earlier in the week.”
Though the concierge was tied up, the source said the police think he may have been involved.
“They did some things that were so unprofessional it seemed like a show.”
Kardashian’s current bodyguard Pascal Douvier was with her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner at the time of the robbery. Though he was questioned, he is not a suspect. (RELATED: Kim Kardashian Just Arrived Back In New York City With A Ton Of Security)
