Drake decided to take a stroll down sorority row at Drake University early Wednesday morning following his show in Des Moines, Iowa, Tuesday night.
Members of Kappa Kappa Gamma were apparently involved in a big social media effort to bring the rapper to campus, but they left him hanging last night.
“Look, Kappa Kappa Gamma, I’m outside your sorority house right now, and you’re all sleep. But you’re all sleep!” Drake says in the video.
The girls heard rumors that Drake was on campus, TMZ reports, “but no one spotted him. After seeing the video of the rapper outside of their house, they were crushed and are desperately trying to get him to come back.
Sorry, ladies: Drake is already on his way to another city for another show.
With any luck, maybe the rapper will return to the university he shares a name with another year on another tour — or maybe he’ll write a song about the night he was stood up by an entire sorority.
