A recent poll in the state of Ohio shows an incredibly high number of people believe the Cleveland Browns would lose to the Ohio State Buckeyes.

According to a poll conducted by Public Policy Polling, 62 percent of Ohio residents would take the Buckeyes over the Browns. Only 23 percent would take the Browns.

The Buckeyes are currently 4-0 and have absolutely obliterated every team they have played so far this season. The Browns are an abysmal 0-4 and might not win a game all season.

The reality of the situation is that Ohio State looks like one of the best college football team in the past couple decades. Their quarterback J.T. Barrett is certainly going to be an NFL star and head coach Urban Meyer is one of the best football coaches to ever live.

However, beating an NFL team with even a college all-star team is extremely unlikely. Every player on the Browns has made it in the NFL, they have more years of professional weight training and they older. For example, a couple years ago oddsmakers in Vegas favored the Jacksonville Jaguars by 25.5 points if they played the 2012 national champions Alabama.

It’s a fun hypothetical but the Buckeyes would essentially have no chance.
