Detroit Lions star quarterback Matthew Stafford is known as one of the toughest players in the league, but he still looked terrified while getting sacked.

Absolutely brutal shot to take in a game, but Stafford wasn’t overly rattled. He finished the day with 180 yards in the air and three touchdowns in the 24-23 victory.
