Arguing Hillary Clinton doesn’t “have the fortitude, strength or stamina to lead in our world,” Donald Trump on Tuesday released a new television ad that draws attention to her recent health issues.

The ad — called “Dangerous” — begins by saying: “Our next president faces daunting challenges in a dangerous world. Iran promoting terrorism, North Korea threatening, ISIS on the rise, Libya and North Africa in chaos.”

The ad shows images of Clinton coughing, being helped up some stairs and famously fainting during this year’s Sept. 11 memorial event. “Hillary Clinton doesn’t have the fortitude, strength or stamina to lead in our world,” the narrator says. “She failed as Secretary of State. Don’t let her fail us again.”

The Trump campaign said the ad will “air nationally and will be heavily rotated into battleground states.”

It comes as the Republican establishment — like House Speaker Paul Ryan — is backing away from him and Trump says he now feels like “the shackles have been taken off me and I can now fight for America the way I want to.”
