Left-wing billionaire and Democratic moneyman George Soros invited the chairman of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign to vacation with him at a luxury resort in England in 2015, according to leaked documents.

“With summer quickly approaching Mr. and Mrs. Soros are starting to plan the 2015 Southampton schedule and would enjoy your company,” Jacqueline Carozza, an assistant to Soros and Tamiko Soros wrote in a memo to John Podesta in 2015.

Soros extended an invitation to Podesta to meet on holiday in Southampton, England.

“Please let me know which dates suit you best to come for a visit and hopefully we can coordinate a mutually convenient time for your stay,” the memo adds.

Podesta has been the target of the WikiLeaks email dumps. The former chief of staff for President Bill Clinton condemned the hacked emails, suggested they were not authentic and said he doesn’t know where the emails are coming from.

He is the current chair of Center for American Progress (CAP), an ultra liberal think tank based in Washington, D.C.

CAP receives massive amounts of money from the multi-billionaire hedge fund manager through two of his nonprofit groups, the Foundation to Support Open Society and the Open Society Institute.

The two organizations gave Podesta’s group over $5.4 million during a five-year stretch from 2005 and 2010. CAP also benefits from donations by other liberal-leaning foundations, including the Tides Foundation and the Ford Foundation, both of which have received millions from Soros.

The summer powwow invitation to Southampton was scheduled to start July 4th weekend and was set to wrap up Labor Day weekend of 2015, according to the email.

Podesta was apparently unable to attend the liberal billionaire’s soiree.
