Nobody escapes social justice. Not even a Supreme Court justice.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg used to be the cool one. The one who officiated gay weddings. The one who told you to kill all the babies you want. The one BuzzFeed couldn’t get enough of!

Well, the SJWs giveth and the SJWs taketh away. All it took was one little critical remark about a Designated Victim, and they all turned on her. And now she’s very, very sorry.

ESPN:

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is apologizing for characterizing as “dumb and disrespectful” the national anthem protests by San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and other athletes…

“Some of you have inquired about a book interview in which I was asked how I felt about Colin Kaepernick and other NFL players who refused to stand for the national anthem,” Ginsburg’s statement read. “Barely aware of the incident or its purpose, my comments were inappropriately dismissive and harsh. I should have declined to respond.”

Please note that she was exactly right. It is dumb and disrespectful to refuse to stand for the National Anthem. She wasn’t expressing a legal opinion, but a personal one. She has absolutely nothing to apologize about.

But I’m glad she did. It’s just further proof that she is what we’ve always believed she is. You wouldn’t think an 83-year-old Supreme Court justice would bow to peer pressure, but that’s the left’s most potent weapon. They’re fickle little girls, and they’ll turn on you in a second. Because it works.

Watch your step, Notorious RBG. Ya only funky as your last cut.
