A video of the North Korean military’s training activities has surfaced online, and its exactly what the world has come to expect from the dictatorship.

Branded an “illegal and illegitimate” regime, Pyongyang remains consistently insecure and expects the military to be ready for war at all times.

“The Korean People’s Army (KPA) should keep themselves fully ready to go into action in order to blow up the citadel of aggressors once the order is issued,” the North Korean high command once told its soldiers.

Judging from the video of the KPA’s training activities, it is unclear whether the army could take an enemy’s citadel, but if North Korea’s troops encounter concrete slabs or bricks on the battlefield, they’ll be good to go.

WATCH:

The video is reportedly from 2014, however, it just recently surfaced. The soldiers can be seen smashing bricks and concrete slabs with their heads, chests, and hands.

North Korea is well on its way to becoming a combat-capable nuclear state. The North has tested numerous ballistic missiles of various types and conducted two nuclear tests this year. Pyongyang even claims that it has the ability to mount a nuclear weapon on a ballistic missile; however, this claim has yet to be confirmed.

U.S. officials revealed Tuesday that North Korea may attempt to test another missile, possibly an intermediate-range ballistic missile, within the next few days, Fox News reported.
