President-elect Donald Trump’s ex-wife Ivana Trump is vying for a spot in the billionaire’s administration.

The socialite and former model plans on asking Trump to be appointed as the ambassador to the Czech Republic.

The Czech native said her name recognition could be beneficial to the role.

“I will suggest that I be ambassador for the Czech Republic,” she told The New York Post. “[That] is where I’m from and my language and everybody knows me.”

Ivana noted she has had success in her own right, having authored multiple books.

“I’m quite known all around the world. Not only in America,” she continued. “I have written three books, and they were translated in 40 countries in 25 languages. I’m known by the name Ivana. I really did not need the name Trump.”

She added she doesn’t believe the president-elect will reside in the White House full time.

“To be perfectly honest, I think probably the Trump Tower and my town house in New York is much better than the White House,” she said. “But Donald is very right. He said if a lot of presidents before can live in here, so can [he] . . . I don’t think he’s going to do gold leafing in the White House.”

There is no word on what the Trump camp thinks of his ex-wife’s proposal.
