Following Tuesday’s report that Donald Trump does not “wish” to prosecute Hillary Clinton for her private email server, Ann Coulter tweeted out to her 1.12 million followers that there’s still a way Hillary could see jail time.

Coulter argued that though we “elected Donald Trump president,” America did not “make him the FBI, & DOJ. [sic]”
