Trump Meets With Wrestling Executive And Pence Meets With Condi

President-elect Donald Trump will meet with several individuals Wednesday, including former WWE CEO Linda McMahon, and Vice President-elect Mike Pence will travel to the Washington and meet with several key Republican officials.

Republican National Committee spokesman Sean Spicer told reporters that Trump will be holding four meetings in New York. These will be with the wrestling executive and former Connecticut Republican senate candidate McMahon, former Republican Georiga Gov. Sunny Perdue, Indiana Republican Sen. Dan Coats, and retired Marine Corps Gen. John Kelly.

Spicer said that there would not be an announcement of a cabinet appointment Wednesday. Trump’s communications director Jason Miller did say that the search for secretary of state has narrowed to four people.

Vice President-elect Pence will be in Washington, Spicer told reporters. The Indiana governor will be having lunch with House Financial Services Committee chairman Jeb Hensarling. He will then meet with former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker Paul Ryan, and incoming White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus.
