Freezing rain coated the roads up and down the east coast Friday night as a truck driver lost control of his tanker truck on a bridge on I-95 in Baltimore. The tanker flipped over the Jersey wall, falling to the street below, then exploded on impact.
The explosion was part of a chain reaction crash involving 40 cars. Two people were killed, and another 11 were injured in the accident.
