These two knives also come in a custom knife case. Here are a few reviews. The top verified purchaser writes “SUPER sharp from the start”:
I wish I had bought these knives sooner. SUPER sharp from the start. Haven’t had to sharpen it yet. The handles have a nice weight to them while using them. Probably going to buy more.
Reviewer RRNMCW said her “Husband likes them better than Wusthof!”:
We had a couple open slots in our Wusthof knife block so I ordered these knives. Wusthof has always been the company I think of when I think of the best knives, so we recently upgraded from our original Calphalon set. When I saw my husband using the new Ultimate Kitchen santoku knife, I asked what he thought of it. His response: This thing is awesome… it’s better than the Wusthof one! Now that’s a strong endorsement.
Katy L Chauvin makes sure her title is in all caps when she writes about this “FANTASTIC KNIFE SET”:
I LOVE THESE KNIVES. They came perfectly sharpened. The knives cut very smoothly with little effort. I like how the blades have a slight curve to them because it makes them easier to rock back and forth. Another plus is that they are very comfortable to hold and not too heavy. Highly recommended!!!!!
Even the single customer that did not give these knives 5 stars (instead offering it a mere 4) offers a glowing review:
Bought these for my mom. Her current ones have been sharpened so much they look like skinny boning knives! I especially like how the steel goes throughout the entire handle. The three rivets keep the blade in place so securely I know she’ll have a safe grip. Knives are so sharp & sleek!
