What Does ‘F**k White People’ Really Mean, Anyway?

Screencap of Chicago Torture

Some disturbing news out of President Obama’s adopted hometown of Chicago this morning. Scott Greer reports:

Graphic footage captured on Facebook Live shows a mentally handicapped white man being tortured in Chicago by African-American assailants as they laugh and express their disgust for white people and President-elect Donald Trump.

Here’s the video. Warning: It’s very disturbing, unless you really hate white people.

After watching that, Dear Reader, you might think you can discern a motive from the kidnappers’ cries of “F**k white people!” and “F**k Donald Trump!” It might seem like an open-and-shut case. But you’re wrong:

We don’t need to jump to any conclusions here, people:

There you have it. Cooler heads have prevailed. If a group of black kids screams “F**k white people!” over and over as they beat and torture the white man they’ve kidnapped, well, that could mean pretty much anything.

Anything, that is, except “F**k white people.”

Attacking people for the color of their skin is wrong. We all know that. But some racially motivated attacks are worse than others. Just imagine if this had been a group of white kids who kidnapped a black man, tormented him while recording it on Facebook Live, and screamed, “F**k black people!” Now, that would be a problem. That would be just further evidence of America’s intrinsic racism. That would be an excuse for rioting and destruction. That would indict anyone and everyone with a similar skin tone to the attackers.

But that’s not what this is. This man’s life doesn’t matter. So just drop it.

Kicking a Muslim guy off a plane for milking YouTube click-dollars is racism. Torturing a white guy for the color of his skin is not.

Any questions, racists?

P.S. Fry Dylann Roof.
