President-elect Donald Trump conceded Russia’s involvement in the DNC hacks and subsequent release to WikiLeaks at a press conference Wednesday.

“It was Russia,” Trump declared.

His concession is the first time he has admitted Russia’s involvement in the allegations, but also said the U.S. is frequently hacked by many other actors. Trump frequently insinuated other actors may have been involved in the hacks.

Trump’s concession comes after the Office of the Director of National Intelligence released a report released Friday declares that Russian intelligence services compromised the Democratic National Committee to “denigrate” the possible future presidency of Secretary Hillary Clinton.
