Anthony Weiner wants Huma Abedin to call off their pending divorce.

Though the two announced they were separating in August after he was caught sending a woman a picture of his crotch while his child was in bed next to him, a new report from the New York Post claims Weiner is hoping for a reconciliation.
“Anthony did a month in rehab and is undergoing further outpatient treatment in New York,” the source told the Post. “He and Huma continue to co-parent their son. “He knows he’s hit rock bottom. But now they are both out of the limelight, they can focus on their son. They are actually getting on pretty well, and he and his friends are hoping that they might reconcile.”

But another source said that a “reconciliation is very unlikely.”

“After long and painful consideration and work on my marriage, I have made the decision to separate from my husband,” Abedin wrote in a statement at the time. “Anthony and I remain devoted to doing what is best for our son, who is the light of our life.”
