People on Twitter lost their minds over former president George W. Bush’s reactions to the rain falling during president Donald J. Trump’s Inauguration ceremony.

On Friday, while President Trump was being sworn-in on the steps of the Capitol, Bush attempted to hide from the rain using a sheet of plastic, but with the bad weather conditions things got tricky and the internet had some fun. (RELATED: Donald Trump Just Addressed The Nation For The First Time As President.
