Much like 99% of America, I’ve never seen Broad City. But from what I’ve heard, it’s about a couple of deeply unpleasant drug-addled slobs, and it’s hilarious because they’re… women! Ha ha ha! Sounds really funny.
But Broad City co-star Ilana Glazer has a serious side as well. And by “serious,” I mean “completely insane.” Just look how she reacted when Ivanka Trump tweeted a cute picture of her kid:

This is nuts. I don’t like Trump either, but Ivanka is easily the least worrisome part of the whole deal. I don’t particularly care about department stores dropping her clothing line, however stupid and petulant their reasons may be. But what the hell is wrong with her posting a pic with her infant son? How is that making a mockery of anybody?
It can’t be a feminism thing. Most feminists aren’t that crazy, right?

For eight years, the First Family got a pass. And rightly so. You can hate Trump all you want, and Ivanka’s role in his administration is fair game. But leave her kids out of it. Show some basic decency, for God’s sake.
Oh wait, I forgot… They’re Democrats! So is Ivanka, but that doesn’t matter. The sins of the father.
