How often do you see that headline? Accountability, what a concept.
Jacob Bernstein is the son of Carl Bernstein. Remember him? Well, Carl’s face must be even redder than usual today, because it turns out his son Jacob is the one who told Emily Ratajkowski that Melania Trump is a hooker. Now Jacob has been instructed to tell us how sorry he is about that.

Let this be a lesson to all other members of the media: If you find yourself sitting next to a famous model, don’t spread rumors you’ve heard that might piss her off, because it’s 2017 and everybody’s on Twitter. You guys are no longer the gatekeepers, and you haven’t been for a long time. You can’t control what the news is and isn’t, and famous people have a bigger megaphone than you do. So do a lot of not-so-famous people, for that matter. We can report about you too.
And it should go without saying, but… Maybe you shouldn’t believe everything you hear about the Trumps? In case you haven’t noticed, pretty much every day of the Trump administration so far, there’s been a major “scandal” that’s blown up in the media’s faces. You all need to calm the hell down. He may very well fail as president, but it won’t be because of your frenzied attempts to get ‘im. Stop jabbering any old nonsense you want to believe about his family.
This is why we hate you, and it’s a big reason why you lost. You should stop, for your own good.
But if you don’t, at least I’ll have something to rant about.
