California Homeowner Opens Fire On Intruders

A homeowner in San Diego, Calif., awoke to find intruders in his house and fired several rounds early Monday morning, according to NBC 7.

The homeowner, who was alone, told NBC 7 that he saw flashlights inside his house near the front door. He called 911 after opening fire on what he believed to be intruders, leaving three bullet holes in a window of his home.

No suspects were found in the incident that occurred in the community of University City in San Diego. It is not yet known how many intruders were in the home and if any were injured.
