A Democratic group plans to double down on anti-Trump rhetoric in New Jersey elections according to a Friday report from Politico.

The Progressive Change Campaign Committee (PCCC) plans to apply the strong anti-Trump message from Georgia’s special election to congressional and local races across New Jersey, according to the report.

“It’s really significant that New Jersey is one of the first states that gets to start this anti-Trump power building,” PCCC co-founder Adam Green said.

The group hopes that by uniting Democrats around a strong opposition to President Donald Trump they will be able to rebuild the party, retake Congress and the White House.

“This is all about long-term power building and building the farm team,” Green concluded.

The PCCC raised $4.2 million during the month of January and plans to use its network to support candidates who support “Elizabeth Warren types of issues,” according to Green.

The PCCC is one of the first Democratic groups designed to oppose Trump’s presidency since he won the election, but Democrats have a long history of prioritizing strong opposition to Trump.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton doubled down on an ad campaign that forced voters to confront nearly every negative thing Trump said over the course of the 2016 campaign.

A strong approach to Trump appears to have failed again in Georgia. Democratic candidate Jon Ossoff’s first fundraiser was called  “Make Trump Furious,” leading to a stunning $8.3 million haul in the first quarter of 2017. The Democrat’s key hope was to earn over 50 percent in Tuesday’s race. He fell just short, earning only a 1.3 percent improvement over Clinton’s returns in the 2016 election. PCCC also plans to get into the Virginia gubernatorial race. It formally endorsed progressive candidate Tom Perriello, and intends to connect its donor network to the Virginia democrat, according to a report from Politico’s morning score.
