Developer Franklin Haney donated $1 million to President Donald Trump’s inauguration committee, according to a Friday report from The Daily Beast.

Haney made the donation through HFNWA LLC, which is based in Washington, DC, and has offices in Arkansas. The development company previously only donated to the Democrat-controlled Senate Majority PAC in 2014, according to The Tennessean.

Haney’s other company has a much longer Democratic donation record. Franklin L Haney Co is a firm that handles lobbying efforts, and also manages public projects like toll roads, nuclear power plants, and government buildings.

The lobbying and development firm donated to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, as well as Democrats Patrick Murphy, Lon Johnson, Kamala Harris, as well as the Democratic National Committee and the Democratic Party of Nevada.

Haney’s companies are heavily interested in infrastructure spending, including toll roads and bridges. Trump promised to increase infrastructure spending by as much as $1 trillion during the course of the 2016 campaign, but budget officials announced that number could go down to $200 billion in the official budget, according to a Bloomberg report.

“We’re certainly going to spend some money,” Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney said Thursday at an event sponsored by the Institute of International Finance. “The president wants a trillion dollars worth of work on the ground and we’re going to give it to him.”

Haney was unreachable at HFNWA LLC, and the number for Franklin L Haney Co went directly to voicemail. Haney didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
