Liberals are so thrilled with Sally Yates’ testimony in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee Monday that they are aggressively complimenting her through tweets and TV appearances.
California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters called Yates an “accomplished woman” while MSNBC producer Kyle Griffin tweeted, “seeing a lot of calls tonight for Sally Yates to run for office.”
Sens. Cornyn & Cruz’s attempts to berate #SallyYates over unlawful travel bans were pathetic. They are no match for an accomplished woman!

The praise continued beyond social media in television appearances. Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) gushed about Yates during a Morning Joe appearance, opining that she was “really just amazing.”
The Morning Joe hosts joined in on the action as well.
Joe Scarborough said Yates took “two curveballs that she put over the left field fence” during the hearing, leading the whole crew to make hand signals indicating Yates should be running the bases.
Chris Matthews warned Trump that Yates should “scare the daylight out of him” because of her expert testimony.
And MSNBC host Chris Hayes said Monday night that Yates responses to Republican lawmakers were just “amazing.”
