Huma Abedin has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband Anthony Weiner.

The filing comes shortly after Weiner pleaded guilty in court to sexting with a minor, says the New York Post.

Weiner is facing 21 to 27 months in prison for exchanging x-rated messages with a 15-year-old girl. He will also have to forfeit his iPhone.

Abedin filed an anonymous versus anonymous action in Manhattan Supreme Court Friday. She is asking for the court to seal the case.

The filing is uncontested which means both parties are expected to agree to the terms of the divorce without going to trial.

Weiner cried in court during his hearing, telling the judge “I have a sickness but I do not have an excuse.”

Abedin stood by Weiner for years despite his near-constant sexting scandals. The pair finally separated last August, but sources said soon after that Abedin was “working hard” on their marriage.
