Megyn Kelly wore an off-the-shoulder dress to a meeting with Vladimir Putin that has everybody talking.

The new NBC host is currently visiting St. Petersburg for a series of interviews and discussions with the Russian president. In a sit-down discussion with Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, Kelly showed up wearing a dress that some might consider unprofessional.
In addition to hanging off-the-shoulder, her blue, velvet dress also featured a plunging neckline and a high slit in the skirt. Kelly clearly didn’t think twice about it.

The former Fox News anchor also sported a set of black high-heels for the rare occasion with the Russian leader.

Kelly moderated a panel discussion including Putin at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on Friday morning, but dressed much more conservative before the large crowd. She is scheduled to sit down for a one-on-one interview with Putin Friday afternoon that will air on “Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly” this Sunday on NBC.
