Famous actor and alleged serial rapist Bill Cosby shouted “Hey, hey, hey” in a rehash of his “Fat Albert” character as he exited the Pennsylvania courthouse Tuesday in which he is currently being tried.

Along with his lawyers, Cosby was escorted by law enforcement when he did the nostalgic rendition. He is currently the defendant in a sexual assault case at the Montgomery County Courthouse located in Norristown, a city not far from Philadelphia.

WATCH:

Cosby faces three counts of aggravated indecent assault for allegedly drugging and abusing Temple University employee Andrea Constand at his home in 2004. The District Attorney’s office reopened Constand’s case late in 2015, only weeks before the statute of limitations was set to run out. (RELATED: PA Judge Rules That Bill Cosby Case Can Proceed)

Dozens of other women have accused Cosby of some form of inappropriate sexual behavior, but none were viable due to the those allegations transpiring too long after the original crime in question.

At the time of publication, the jury has not yet reached a verdict in the case after three days of deliberation, even though the defense’s testimony only lasted roughly six minutes. The 79-year-old comedian told the judge that he decided not to take the stand after discussing it with his legal representation.
