We live in a world where some parents are asking their own infants for “permission” before picking them up, to avoid perpetuating “rape culture.” Yet we’re allowing a serial groper in our midst to operate with impunity.
Former Vice President Joe Biden had another viral Twitter moment on Wednesday when Morgan State University graduate Brieana Carter posted a six-second video of a selfie with Biden in which the former vice president kissed her on the cheek.
