Bill Cosby is making a questionable career move in the wake of his sexual assault case that resulted in a mistrial last week.

According to the comedian’s spokesman, Andrew Wyatt, Cosby is planning to embark on a motivational speaking tour focused on warning young people, “especially young athletes,” about the dangers of sex crime allegations, Page Six reports.

“Mr. Cosby wants to get back to work,” Wyatt said in an interview on Wednesday with “Good Day Alabama,” in Birmingham. “We’re now planning town halls and we’re going to be coming to this city sometime in July … to talk to young people because this is bigger than Bill Cosby.” (RELATED: Here’s How Bill Cosby Got Off In His Sexual Assault Trial)

“This issue can affect any young person, especially young athletes of today,” Wyatt continued, “and they need to know what they’re facing when they’re hanging out and partying, when they’re doing certain things that they shouldn’t be doing.”

Cosby is charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault, and although the jury couldn’t decide on a unanimous verdict against the 79-year-old actor, prosecutors are planning to get a retrial. Cosby and his legal team have vehemently denied all accusations against him throughout the highly-publicized process of the trial.
