Apparently paddleboarding is the “fastest growing watersport.” Even when you Google “paddleboarding” one of the suggestions is “fastest growing sport.” It is obviously getting very popular – and why not? It’s basically surfing plus kayaking. In other words, a perfect summertime activity.

Sadly, paddleboards – or SUPs, for “stand-up paddleboards” – can be VERY expensive, which often makes the most cost efficient option just to rent one on your trip. Today, however, you can get a top inflatable paddleboard (which also comes with a front bungee, carrying handles on the nose and tail, plus a 3-piece fiberglass paddle, fin and pump) for 61 percent off. At this price, it makes sense to get one now and use it summer after summer. One of the best things about inflatable paddleboards is how easy they are to store – this deflates to the size of a rolled-up sleeping bag.

These paddleboards are not only extremely portable but also highly durable with military-grade PVC material and drop-stitch construction. According to the company, “We’ve even thrown them off of buildings and run them over with a car and they’re no worse for the wear.” Not sure that’s necessary, but it’s good to know.
