Two suspects were arrested Friday after a machete-wielding man got in a confrontation with police before a Justin Bieber concert in Cardiff, Wales.

The incident happened after a dispute between drivers in a taxi lane close to the venue where Bieber is schedule to perform. A video obtained by Unilad shows a number of police officers wrestling the man to the ground before arresting him.

Two men, aged 19 and 27, are arrested on suspicion of carrying an offensive weapon, according to Wales Online.

A witness told Unilad he saw one of the suspects painting Bieber fans’ faces prior to the arrest.

“I was walking and I saw a security guy pull the person from the car. He was holding a machete inside the car,” George Petrov told Unilad. “The security guys saw him and stopped him. They pulled him out of the car and started hitting him.”

Authorities have increased security at concert venues around the U.K. after a suicide bomber killed 22 people and injured hundreds at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester May 22.

While there is no suggestion that an attack was planned, Friday’s dramatic arrest caused a brief moment of panic.

“I walked past as there was lots of screaming and shouting as the police were there,” a witness said, according to MailOnline. “I saw a guy get arrested and the police officer hold the knife – it was massive. It’s terrifying to think something like this could happen with so many people in town.”
