I’m from Pennsylvania, so I have a certain affinity for Pennsylvanian companies. All-Clad is such a Pennsylvania company. They make pots and pans. Right now this particular pan, a 12-inch tri-ply fry pan, is $80 off.
All-Clad has its origins in 1967 as part of the Steel Age, and its founder was a Pennsylvanian native who made bonded metals for use at the U.S. Mint as well as for ballistics and avionics. According to the company website, this metallurgist then “realized the combination of different metals created composites that yielded superior results.”
