Rob Kardashian took to Instagram on Wednesday airing every bit of dirty laundry he could about his relationship with Blac Chyna — if by dirty laundry, you mean nude photos and accusations about his baby mama.

It was pretty bad. So bad that Instagram removed his account from the social media site, sending him to Twitter for refuge. Of course, Twitter also removed the nudes. (RELATED: One Of The Kardashian’s Is Posting Revenge Porn Online)

Just a day later Kardashian might be rethinking those posts for a variety of reasons. First, the photos could be considered revenge porn, which is illegal in California. In addition to those fines and penalties, Blac Chyna could file for a restraining order for abuse which could even result in Rob losing custody of their seven-month-old daughter, Dream.

“If I were her lawyer, I would get a domestic-violence restraining order and work it out by settlement agreement,” attorney Erica Johnstone told Business Insider.

In addition to potentially getting into legal trouble for the revenge porn outburst, Rob might be in some trouble with his family, according to TMZ. The Kardashians are furious about Rob for taking his personal business online because it makes the family look bad and, worse, will only end up hurting their baby in the long-run.

Rob claimed that Blac Chyna only had Dream “out of spite” to get back at an ex (who was dating Rob’s baby half-sis Kylie because, obviously, this family has dignity to protect), a comment we can only hope she never sees.

The Kardashian families main concern, TMZ reports, is that Dream not be in a house with parents openly at war. They’d prefer to see this handled privately or, one would assume, in a spin-off reality show which can help them make some money.

After all, the brand must be maintained.
