Yesss. Are you ready for season two of “Stranger Things”?

Netflix has announced that its hit supernatural thriller will be back on Oct. 27 with the promise that “1984 only gets stranger.”

The first season, starring Winona Ryder, Millie Bobby Brown and Natalia Dyer, was a critical and commercial success, with high ratings, a 95 percent rating at Rotten Tomatoes, and the recipient of several award nominations and wins. New cast members for season two include Paul Reiser, Sean Astin, Will Chase and Brett Gelman.

While season one centered around the disappearance of character Will Byers in 1983, this season will take place around Halloween of 1984. The season two description reads, “It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the Demogorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.”

If you haven’t seen season one yet, get binging.
