‘Saturday Night Live’ And ‘Westworld’ Dominating 2017 Emmy Awards Nominations

The list of the shows nominated for the 69th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were announced Thursday, with “Saturday Night Live and HBO’s “Westworld” dominating the pack with 22 nominations each, according to ABC News. 

Actor Alec Baldwin was also pegged for a nomination for his impersonation of President Donald Trump during this last season of “SNL,” along with Kate McKinnon who played Hillary Clinton in numerous sketches.

Several of the new shows getting recognized include, “This Is Us,” “The Handmaid’s Tale,” “The Crown” and “Stranger Things,” which is up for 19 nominations.
