Host of The Daily Caller News Foundation’s “No Things Considered” Tim Young said Thursday why White House deputy assistant Sebastian Gorka is getting more media attention than ever, saying, “I think he’s getting booked on CNN because he brings them all of their ratings.”
In the clip that Young played, CNN’s Anderson Cooper asked Gorka if the White House was in crisis mode in light of Donald Trump Jr.’s meeting with a Russian attorney during the 2016 presidential campaign. Gorka responded, “The president is a steam locomotive that will not stop. It’s just fake news.”
Young said Cooper’s reaction was that of “a sad little baby,” adding, “this is what happens when Chris Cuomo is out of town.”
Young praised Gorka’s versatility and ability to handle media bias, saying, “I think he’s just taking challenges from his press team at this point … you just know they are sitting at the White House laughing every time he goes on.”
